Does BuildRoom require an account?
No. BuildRoom is local-first and does not require login.
Where is my data stored?
Your tasks, sparks, deep sessions, and closure notes are stored locally on your device.
Does BuildRoom sync across devices?
Not in this version. BuildRoom 1.0 is local-first.
Why does BuildRoom ask for notification permission?
BuildRoom may ask for notification permission so it can remind you to return if you leave BuildRoom during an active Deep Room session.
Does locking the phone count as focus time?
If you lock your phone directly from BuildRoom during an active Deep Room session, locked time is treated as protected focus time.
What happens if I leave BuildRoom during Deep Room?
If you leave BuildRoom while a Deep Room session is active, BuildRoom pauses/excludes distracted away time and may remind you to return.
