BuildRoom is designed as a local-first productivity app.
BuildRoom does not require an account. The app does not collect, sell, or share personal data. Tasks, notes, focus sessions, closure notes, and other app content are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
BuildRoom may request permission to send notifications so it can remind you to return to an active Deep Room session. Notification permissions are handled by iOS and can be changed in your device settings.
BuildRoom does not use third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, behavioral tracking, or analytics in this version.
BuildRoom does not include a backend service, cloud sync, or account system in this version.
If future versions add optional sync, accounts, analytics, paid subscriptions, or integrations, this privacy policy will be updated before those features are released.
